Disclosure
This page explains who we are, what we do, and the limits of our role. Please read it before you book.
Independent Service Provider
TravelHub is an independent flight booking assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any airline, alliance, or airport authority. We are not a carrier and we do not operate flights.
Trademark Notice
All airline names, logos, tail designs and trademarks that may be referenced on this website or during a call are the property of their respective owners. Any reference is made for descriptive and identification purposes only. It does not imply affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship.
Scope of Our Services
- Researching itineraries and available flight schedules
- Reserving new tickets on a traveler's behalf
- Assisting with changes, cancellations and refund requests
- Explaining carrier fare rules, baggage allowances and connection requirements
Pricing and Fees
Airfare is set by the carrier and varies by route, date, cabin and availability. Any fee charged by TravelHub for assistance is disclosed to you on the call, before you authorize the booking. You will always be told the total amount — airfare plus our fee — before any charge is made.
Your Responsibilities
- Confirm that every name, date and routing detail is correct before authorizing the booking
- Read the applicable carrier's fare rules, change policy and refund policy
- Provide accurate passenger and contact information
- Tell us promptly if your plans change
Limitation of Liability
We provide booking assistance. We do not control and are not responsible for carrier schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage handling, weather disruption, or any operational decision made by an airline. Responsibility for operating the flight rests solely with the issuing carrier, and the carrier's contract of carriage governs your journey.
